The Brand Steward program was created for Fetching Finn clients who want to maintain a polished, cohesive brand after their Custom Rebrand or VIP Day.
It’s an annual retainer that gives you priority access to our design team, monthly strategy calls, and ongoing creative support. Work with a team that already knows your brand, with monthly planning and priority scheduling within your agreed design capacity.
How It Works
We meet for a 30-minute strategy call each month to review your upcoming projects. After our call, your design coordinator confirms what fits within your monthly capacity and manages delivery. Nikki provides strategic direction when needed.
This rhythm keeps progress steady and ensures your design needs are always moving forward without slipping into overwhelm or backlog.
*Reasonable Use Model
The Brand Steward program includes priority design access for requests that fit within a typical monthly workload of about 3 to 6 hours of creative time. This might include:
- Website updates or new content sections
- Social media templates or marketing graphics
- PDF or presentation design
- Email graphics or lead magnet design
- Adjustments to brand visuals or messaging consistency
If a request needs deeper strategy or extended creative time, we’ll plan it as a VIP Day or schedule it across multiple months.
For Existing Clients
The Brand Steward program is available exclusively to Fetching Finn clients who have completed a Custom Rebrand or VIP Day.
What's included:
- Twelve 30-minute monthly strategy calls
- Priority access to the Fetching Finn design team
- Ongoing design and website updates (reasonable use)
- Project tracking and support through Basecamp
- Annual renewal and progress review
