It’s an annual retainer that gives you priority access to our design team, monthly strategy calls, and ongoing creative support. You’ll never need to start from scratch or wait in a project queue again — your brand stays aligned, current, and beautifully consistent.
We meet for a 30-minute strategy call each month to review your priorities and upcoming projects. After the call, I map out what can be completed that month within your design capacity* and assign tasks to the Fetching Finn team.
This rhythm keeps progress steady and ensures your design needs are always moving forward without slipping into overwhelm or backlog.
*Reasonable Use Model
The Brand Steward program includes priority design access for requests that fit within a typical monthly workload of about 3 to 6 hours of creative time. This might include:
Website updates or new content sections
Social media templates or marketing graphics
PDF or presentation design
Email graphics or lead magnet design
Adjustments to brand visuals or messaging consistency
If a request needs deeper strategy or extended creative time, we’ll plan it as a VIP Design Day or schedule it across multiple months.
