My career has always revolved around one question: How do we make people feel something the instant they see you?
That’s the essence of branding. It’s not just color, copy, or clever strategy. It’s presence — the combination of psychology, storytelling, and visual precision that creates immediate credibility.
I’ve spent my life studying that art form through design, photography, performance, and human behavior. Every project or collaboration comes down to the same pursuit: how to turn quiet expertise into an unforgettable presence.
After years of watching brilliant entrepreneurs hide behind forgettable templates and one-size-fits-all brands, I built Fetching Finn to do the opposite: to help people stand out because of their difference, not in spite of it.
My background spans over 25 years in digital media, photography, interior styling, and image consulting. Each chapter refined my obsession with detail and composition. As a Brand Experience Designer, I bring strategy, visual artistry, and psychology together to help established entrepreneurs elevate how they’re seen.
I’ve produced over 300 brand and web projects, coached creative professionals on visibility and storytelling, and hosted Offbeat & On-Brand, my podcast and YouTube show about building bold, unforgettable businesses.
I spent more than twenty-five years studying and teaching karate, where I learned that presence isn’t loud. It’s controlled, confident, and deliberate. That discipline now lives in everything I design.
When I’m not in my design studio, you’ll find me collaborating with my husband, Chris, a coach for engineers (to help them be “less engineer-y”). We’re two Canadian entrepreneurs passionate about helping others lead with clarity and confidence!
Branding is equal parts art and awareness. My training in karate taught me the value of control, discipline, and repetition — the same principles behind masterful design. I bring that same clarity to my creative process so that every project feels intentional and effortless.
With a formal background in Multimedia Production, I understand how design, motion, and message work together to capture attention and earn trust. My early years in website and video production gave me the foundation to create brands that perform visually, technically, and emotionally.
Photography taught me how light, composition, and human emotion intersect to create meaning. That instinct shapes every visual decision I make, from website layout to brand photoshoot direction. When image and strategy align, trust happens instantly.
I’ve always believed beauty has a job to do. My work sits at the intersection of form and function — design that feels elevated yet effortless. Whether through typography, tone, or texture, I help brands find their signature style and wield it with purpose.
Branding doesn’t stop at the website. I create immersive experiences that translate seamlessly from digital to real-world touchpoints; from visual identity and tone of voice to presentation decks, packaging, and physical environments.
Having been certified in both StoryBrand and You Are the Brand frameworks, I know that strategy drives design (not the other way around). My process begins with clarity and ends with confidence, giving clients the words and visuals to fully own their story.
I study how culture, architecture, and history influence visual communication. Japan taught me the value of simplicity. Spain taught me courage. Iceland taught me range. Each perspective deepened my appreciation for timeless design and cross-cultural presence.
Quality is the quietest form of confidence. I care deeply about precision because details shape perception. Every pixel is crafted to support a bigger story of trust and refinement.
Creativity has no edge without courage. I champion the entrepreneurs who dare to sound, look, and lead differently because originality is the most sustainable form of success.
My work is about alignment, not applause. I believe in timeless design, honest communication, and delivering what I promise. Clients trust me because I protect their brand like it’s my own.
Great branding doesn’t change who you are; it amplifies what’s already exceptional. I help clients see their own brilliance clearly, then design the world around it.
